Liu Feng, male, born in May 1982, from Shangzhi, Heilongjiang, member of the Communist Party of China, doctor of engineering, associate researcher, master tutor.Mainly engaged in research on the overall design and system integration of manned submersibles, multidisciplinary design optimization and other technologies.
