副教授，硕士生导师，籍贯山东聊城，目前主要从事海洋/水下电气设备状态智能化检测与诊断、水下无线电能传输技术以及高频变压器绝缘性能仿真与磁性元件测试等方面的研究。在研究工作中以实际问题作为驱动和发展导向，从工程需求中凝练出科学问题，并通过研究科学问题来满足实际工程需求，理论与实践相结合，努力探索科学研究中的无人区和少人区。
