曾庆允，男，1989年9月出生，广东阳江人，新加坡南洋理工大学博士，哈尔滨工程大学教授、博士生导师，2024年获国家级海外青年人才。主要研究方向为高速水动力学、多相流固耦合力学、气泡动力学等。主持国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金项目（海外）、青年科学基金项目等近10个科研项目，发表SCI论文20余篇，包括力学领域国际顶级期刊 《Journal of Fluid Mechanics》6篇（一作/通讯），被引700多次。针对深海资源勘探低频气枪震源、高速船舶、水下航行体、航天发射等前沿技术中的空化流动与流固耦合力学问题，提出了气泡与复杂界面耦合的力学机制并发展了相关理论，为空化空蚀防护、水下结构毁伤与防护、深海资源勘探气枪震源等技术的进步提供了理论支持。
