个人简介

丛山博士现为哈尔滨工程大学智能科学与工程学院副教授、博士生导师,主要研究方向为人工智能算法在公共健康和医疗中的应用。近年来,围绕阿尔茨海默症(AD)等复杂退行性认知疾病,开展了医学图像分析、影像-基因关联分析、脑联通与脑网络分析等方面的研究,致力于探索重大脑疾病的深层致病机理及其对脑结构的特异性影响。相关研究成果已在Alzheimer's & Dementia、Brain Imaging and Behavior、Bioinformatics、Neurobiology of Aging等国际知名期刊上发表。此外,丛山博士主持并参与了多项国家级科研项目,推动了相关领域的技术发展和应用。

本实验室的核心研究方向为:研发计算与信息学方法,对多模态影像数据、高通量组学数据、认知及其他生物标志物数据、电子健康档案数据,以及通路与网络等海量生物学知识开展整合分析,并将其应用于各类复杂疾病的研究。

实验室的研究目标分为两个层面:

  • 创新适用于大规模异质数据集分析的算法,推动计算机科学与生物信息学领域的发展;

  • 揭示正常及病变生物结构与功能的表型特征和遗传机制,为新型诊断、治疗及预防手段的研发提供重要理论支撑。
