杜明月，男，准聘副教授，硕士生导师，毕业于哈尔滨工程大学，管理学博士，曾作为国家公派联合培养博士生在新加坡国立大学访学一年。研究领域为管理系统工程、产业技术创新、数字化转型等。近年来，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、工业和信息化部指导性软课题1项、黑龙江省社科基金青年项目1项、黑龙江省高等学校智库开放课题1项、中央高校基本科研业务费项目2项、黑龙江省高等教育教学改革研究一般项目1项，参与国家社科基金重点项目1项、教育部人文社科青年基金项目2项、黑龙江省社科联项目1项。发表学术期刊论文7篇，其中，在《中国管理科学》、《科研管理》、《科学学研究》等国家自然科学基金委管理科学部认定的A类期刊上发表论文5篇，获得2019年度《中国管理科学》最具影响力论文奖。
