方硕，硕士生导师，哈尔滨工程大学，信息与通信工程学院，讲师，博士期间师从973 首席科学家刘晓为教授，一直从事微型甲醇燃料电池、传感器接口ASIC（Application Specific Integrated Circuit，专用集成电路）、微纳米材料、微流体、MEMS 集成系统控制等方面的研究工作，参与了多项基金项目的研究。参加工作后一直从事海洋便携式电子与通信设备开发包括惯性器件传感器接口ASIC、功率器件、微电子芯片耐高温与抗辐射设计以及船用便携式微能源。近6年在高水平国际期刊Energy、IEEE Transactions on Energy Conversion以及IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices上共发表文章8篇，其中SCI检索8篇，1篇高被引，影响因子总和26.716。主持国家自然科学基金1项，参与 国家重大科研仪器研制项目1项。
