黄兵,男,1991年生,讲师,硕导,国家重点实验室教师。从事水面无人艇总体设计与集群技术研究,主持国际自然科学基金项目、国家重点研发计划项目课题等项目10余项。以主要技术负责人身份参与国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目等10余项,发表SCI论文30余篇,授权发明专利10余项。
