蒋伊琳，男，1980年出生，工学博士，副教授，硕士生导师。留学基金委资助的美国威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校访问学者。主要从事宽带信号检测、估值和机器学习方面的研究工作。雷达与电子战团队骨干成员。主持和参与国家级、市地级、横向科研项目等30余项，其中获省部级二等奖3项，黑龙江省科学技术发明三等奖1项，授权发明专利30余项；发表论文SCI\EI检索论文50余篇（IEEE T-AES,TVT等期刊），并因其中两篇论文荣获“Wiley威...
