      兰文剑，男，1988年出生，博士，山东招远人，哈尔滨工程大学助理研究员，硕士生导师。2022年6月获得中国石油大学（华东）机械工程专业博士学位。主要从事海底探测技术与装备、多物理场数值模拟、岛礁环境保障技术、非常规油气开发技术等方面的研究工作，主持或参与了多项国家级、省部级项目和课题，包括国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、国家科学重大专项等，在Energy、Journal of Petroleum Science and Engineering、Petroleum Science等国际高水平期刊上发表SCI论文15篇，授权发明专利8项。
