李茹民，1973年3月生，博士，教授，材料科学与工程专业博士生导师，化学工程与技术专业硕士生导师，材料科学与工程专业硕士生导师。1995年毕业于吉林大学化学系，同年至哈尔滨工程大学化学任教至今。黑龙江省级精品课《物理化学》课程负责人。发表SCI收录论文140余篇，申请及授权发明专利30余项。 主持和参与科技部国际合作项目、黑龙江省科技攻关项目、国家自然科学基金项目等20余项。
