纵向关系网络中结构洞对企业创新投入与产出的影响

  • Abstract:纵向关系网络是企业获取市场信息和资源的主要渠道,而市场信息与资源是企业创新的源泉。结构洞作为关系网络内非冗余的联系,决定着企业获取网络资源的能力。基于社会网络分析方法,以中国2009—2013年630个ICT企业为样本,通过企业间供应关系建立纵向关系网络,分别考察在纵向关系网络中结构洞对企业创新投入和产出的影响。结果发现:在纵向关系网络中,结构洞抑制企业的创新投入和创新产出,支持了Coleman密集的网络更有利于创新的观点。
