工作以来，历任讲师、副教授，教授，2005-2015年任电气工程研究所副所长、党支部书记。自动控制专业学士、电力系统及其自动化专业硕士、控制理论与控制工程专业博士学位，2008年进入核科学技术博士后流动站。2012年短期交流、2015全年美国访问学者。主要从事海洋环境下微电网、智能电网、泛在电力物联网的研究。第一发明人授权发明专利7项，软件著作权4项，至今发表论文近百篇。 IEEE Member、中国电工技术学会高级会员、国家自然科学基金项目评审专家，国家海洋能工程评议专家，北京市、深圳市、河北省自然科学基金项目评审专家。Applied Energy、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics、IEEE Transactions on Industrial InformaticsI、Energy Science & Engineering等国际期刊和中国电机工程学报、电网技术、电力系统自动化等国内期刊审稿人。
