刘力宁,工学博士,现为哈尔滨工程大学智能科学与工程学院讲师(准聘副教授),硕士生导师。主要研究方向为集群网络资源调度、多智能体系统协同控制、优化与决策、智能电网等。以第一作者在IEEE Transactions系列汇刊等国际控制理论主要学术期刊与会议发表论文10余篇,授权国家发明专利10余项。
