刘星：2018年12月毕业于哈尔滨工程大学，获得机械工程专业工学博士学位。2020年12月留校工作，现为哈尔滨工程大学机电工程学院副教授，硕士生导师。2017年在国家留学基金委资助下以联合培养博士生身份在英国南安普顿大学工程与环境学院学习。
主要研究方向包括：水下机器人控制技术、故障诊断与容错控制技术、自主作业技术等。
作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项、省市基金3项、中央高校基本科研业务费项目2项；作为主要成员参与国家科学基金重点项目1项、面上项目2项。
获黑龙江省科学技术二等奖1项。
以第一或通讯作者发表论文20篇，其中SCI论文15篇，EI论文5篇，获授权发明专利6项。
