李婉红，管理学博士，教授，博士生/硕士生导师，兼任中国软科学研究会常务理事，中国技术经济学会技术孵化与创新生态分会常务理事，黑龙江省经济学会常务理事，黑龙江省管理学学会理事，2015年8月-2016年8月美国西密歇根大学访问学者；出版学术专著2部，其中1部受黑龙江省社会科学学术著作出版基金资助；作为项目负责人共主持科研项目10余项，其中国家级项目3项，省部级项目4项，其他项目5项，参与国家级、省部级项目20余项，获省部级科研奖励6项；在国内外学术期刊发表论文50余篇；获校优秀共产党员、校本科教学优秀主讲教师等荣誉称号。
