1967年出生，教授，博士生导师。霍英东青年教师奖获得者，黑龙江省学术骨干教师计划入选者，2004年哈尔滨工程大学“十大杰出青年”，哈尔滨工程大学首届“我心目中的好导师”称号，2015年度、2017年度哈尔滨工程大学“我最喜爱的老师”称号，通信学会高级会员、计算机学会高级会员，负责通导一体化技术团队。
