李祯，博士，副教授，主要研究方向为高性能、多功能纳米复合水泥基材料与结构，近年来在本领域发表高水平期刊论文20余篇（总影响因子超过90，被引用1000余次），被国际先进材料学会授予青年科学家奖，入选哈尔滨工程大学兴海青年拔尖人才。

主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、黑龙江省联合引导项目，中央高校基本科研业务费项目等5项科研项目。参与包括国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金面上/青年/国际合作项目、黑龙江省自然科学基金重点项目等近20项纵向科研项目。参加国际学术会议（其中包括美国加州理工大学和伊利诺伊香槟分校组办会议）做邀请报告/口头报告12次，担任分会场主席1次。担任黑龙江省重点实验室“先进复合材料结构与力学”副主任、《Materials Research Letters》（1区SCI，IF: 8.6）、《Materials》（SCI）、《Buildings》 (SCI) 、《哈尔滨工程大学学报》（EI）、《Nano Materials Science》（ESCI）、《Sustainable Structures》（ESCI）等9个期刊编委/青年编委/客座编辑。担任中国复合材料学会结构设计分会/船舶与海洋工程分会/纳米材料分会/土木工程复合材料分会以及中国土木工程学会先进工程材料分会等5个分会委员/理事。
