李志鹏，男，1994年08月出生，黑龙江牡丹江人，博士，哈尔滨工程大学、船舶与海洋工程实验中心，实验师。2016年本科毕业于大连海事大学，2023年博士毕业于哈尔滨工程大学。主要研究方向为跨介质出入水动力学、气泡动力学、气液多相流。先后参与各类纵、横向项目十余项，作为子课题负责人承担基础科研、基础加强基金项目，发表SCI论文20余篇、EI论文10余篇、专利30余项。
