马永红，女，管理学博士，哈尔滨工程大学经济管理学院教授，博士生导师。任黑龙江省管理学学会理事和黑龙江省生产力学会理事。出版著作3部，在CSSCI源等核心期刊上发表论文20余篇，获省部级科研奖励6项。主要研究领域是产业创新与区域创新，主持国家软科学项目1项，黑龙江省自然科学基金项目1项，主持黑龙江省软科学攻关项目1项，哈尔滨市公关软科学项目2项。参加国家社科基金项目1项，国家自然科学基金项目2项，教育部博士点基金1项，国家软科学指导项目1项。
