马永红，女，管理学博士，哈尔滨工程大学经济管理学院教授，博士生导师，主要研究领域为区域创新系统、创新管理、产业关键共性技术创新等。在《中国管理科学》《科学学研究》《情报学报》等国家自然科学基金委指定A类期刊、ABS3、ABS2、SSCI、SCI以及CSSCI源期刊上发表学术论文60余篇，文章引用700余次。出版著作3部，编著教材1部。主持科研项目16项，其中国家自然科学基金项目3项、国家软科学项目1项、黑龙江省社会科学基金项目2项、黑龙江省智库项目2项，黑龙江省自然科学基金项目3项、黑龙江省攻关软科学项目2项。
