史金辉，1979年出生，博士，教授，副院长，OSA会员，SPIE会员，中国光学学会高级会员，中国仪器仪表学会光机电技术与系统集成学会会员。2009年英国南安普敦大学光电研究中心（Optoelectronics Research Center）访问学者，与Prof. N. Zheludev合作开展超材料的研究。2011.09-2012.06期间东南大学毫米波国家重点实验室的青年骨干教师国内访问学者。2011.11-2014.12期间在东南大学开展超材料领域的博士后研究工作，合作导师崔铁军教授。2013年英国南安普敦大学光电研究中心（Optoelectronics Research Center）访问学者。2016年英国伯明翰大学访问学者。
