汪盛佳，博士，副教授，黑龙江省优青，入选第二批黑龙江省高层次人才。现任黑龙江省光学学会副秘书长，哈尔滨工程大学光子中心副主任，2020级陈赓班（校理科试验班）班主任。2020年于德国慕尼黑工业大学TUM取得博士学位，在光学领域具有多年的研究和教学经验，提出了光学系统中的可调孔径复用技术和双横向电光调制技术，和用于微分相衬干涉显微成像的三合一相位掩模技术。长期从事计算成像、光电检测、集成光学、天文光谱等方面的研究。曾出访丹麦技术大学DTU交流访问。相关发表物（含会议及专利）60余项，SCI检索论文50余篇，JCR一区论文10余篇。现担任SCI源Symmetry杂志客座编辑，MDPI Sensors评审委员会委员，教育部学位论文评审专家，Optics Express, Optics Letters, Review of Scientific Instruments等业内知名学术期刊的审稿人。
