武立华，1979年9月生于吉林省松原市，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。2007年就读于哈尔滨工程大学材料学专业，2010年取得工学博士学位。主讲大学物理、物理演示实验等课程，主要研究方向为超低频地倾斜测量、地磁导航等。2002年进入哈尔滨工程大学任教。现为物理与光电工程学院基础教学研究中心教师。
