薛冰，男，1981年生，哈尔滨工程大学讲师，硕士生导师。长期从事无线电导航、惯性导航及相关多源信息融合技术、无人系统态势感知与控制、嵌入式系统与FPGA设计等领域的研究。主持或承担工业和信息化部高新技术船舶项目2项，国家计划预研项目2项、国家计划重点项目1项。获GF科技进步一等奖1项，国家科技进步二等奖1项，黑龙江省高校科技一等奖1项。在国内外各类期刊发表学术论文20余篇，其中SCI、EI收录论文10余篇，授权国家发明专利16项。
