申请人主要从事海洋能研究与利用的教学与科研工作，研究方向为海洋能装置动力学与控制。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金项目3项，国家海洋局海洋可再生能源专项子课题1项及多项横向课题，作为课题组主要成员参与完成国家科技支撑计划1项、国家自然科学基金2项；发表学术论文30余篇，其中SCI索引9篇，EI索引15篇，授权专利8项，获得海洋工程技术一等奖1项（排名第三），黑龙江省科技进步奖三等奖1项（排名第六），黑龙江省高教科学技术进步奖一等奖1项（排名第二），二等奖1项（排名第三）。
