张智嘉，哈尔滨工程大学材料科学与化学工程学院（青岛）副教授，博士生导师/硕士生导师。主要研究方向：抗菌高分子材料、防护涂层、弹性体材料等界面功能材料。现为海洋先进材料团队（山东省优秀研究生导学团队）海洋防污方向负责人，长期在青岛创新发展基地开展教学科研工作。主持国家自然科学基金项目、山东省自然科学基金项目等国家级、省部级项目十余项。已发表高水平论文四十余篇，授权发明专利17项。受邀参加第十一届...
