Dr. Yixiu Zhao is an Associate Professor (pre-employment) of Economics at the School of Economics and Management at Harbin Engineering University. She has research interests on assets pricing, volatility modelling, corporate social responsibility and ESG, and green finance. Her research has been published in renowned academic journals like International Review of Financial Analysis (ABS 3). Dr. Zhao’s research has been presented or invited at numerous university workshops and conferences such as the FMA European Conference, World Finance Conference (WFC), BAFA meetings. Dr. Zhao received her Ph.D. from Swansea University in 2018 and  MSc in Finance from University of Southampton, UK, in 2014.
