邹高万， 男， 四川德阳人，博士。 现为哈尔滨工程大学航天与建筑工程学院教授，博士生导师。曾任先进动力与热工技术研究所所长、建筑环境与能源应用工程专业负责人。获省部级科技进步奖一等奖2项、三等奖1项；主编和参编教材4部；主持全国首批工程类专业学位研究生在线示范课程1门。
