Abd Alwahed Dagestani received a Bachelor’s degree in Financial and Banking Sciences from Tishreen University, Latakia, Syria, in 2013, and a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from China University of Geosciences, Wuhan, China, in 2019. He completed his PhD in Business Administration in 2025 at Central South University, Changsha, Hunan, China. He is working as an Assistant Research Fellow at Harbin University of Engineering. His research interests include environmental policies, the green economy, and resource policy. He is open to research and academic opportunities.
