程辉，男，汉族，博士生导师，副教授，现任核学院反应堆工程研究所支部书记。2019年博士毕业于香港城市大学机械工程系，主要研究方向为第四代核能系统热工水力与安全、反应堆严重事故分析及先进数值模拟。已发表学术论文40余篇，其中SCI论文20余篇；授权专利3项，软件著作权1项；主持国家级项目1项，省部级项目2项，中央高校基本科研业务费2项；参与编著《铅冷快堆液态铅合金技术基础》、《液态金属冷却反应堆热工水力与安全分析基础》、《Nuclear Power Plant Design and Analysis Codes》、《Nuclear Power Reactor Designs: From History to Advances - Structures, Systems, and Components》四部专著。中国核学会会员，曾任Nuclear Engineering and Design, VSI: NFT-22: CN-Gen IV客座编辑，第十一届中韩核反应堆热工水力研讨会（WORTH-11）会议总监。
