郭晓涵，博士，讲师，硕士生导师。近年来，围绕光芯片设计、传感器设计、水声探测和水声信号处理等领域开展科研工作，主持国家自然科学基金1项、山东省自然科学基金1项，参与国家自然科学基金（面上）、国家重点研发计划项目子课题及其他国家级项目4项，累计发表SCI、EI收录论文12篇，申请发明专利6项。学术硕士研究生招生专业：信息与通信工程，专业硕士研究生招生专业：电子信息。
