刘鑫旺,男,汉族,1995年1月生,黑龙江佳木斯人,工学博士,2013年11月加入中国共产党,硕士生导师、副教授、《海洋工程》期刊青年编委、中国造船工程学会会员、中国工业与应用数学学会会员、中国高等教育学会教育数学专业委员会会员,入选“2023年度黑龙江省青年科技人才托举工程项目”,教育部高层次人才通讯评审专家,全国大学生数学竞赛优秀指导教师,《舰船科学技术》期刊优秀审稿专家,哈尔滨工程大学“十佳教学能手”。
