刘永军,博士,教授,博士生导师。2006年3月于中国科学院长春光学精密机械与物理研究所凝聚态专业取得理学博士学位,同年4月进入哈尔滨工程大学任教。2015年12月-2016年12月美国肯特州立大学液晶研究所访学。主讲大学物理、液晶光学、近场光学等课程,主要研究方向为液晶光子学器件应用研究。现为物理与光电工程学院物理研究中心教师。 校外任职情况:黑龙江省光学学会理事,《液晶与显示》青年编委。
