吕欣倍，男，博士，讲师。于2012年获得哈尔滨工程大学工学学士学位，于2015年获得哈尔滨工程大学工学硕士学位，于2021年获得哈尔滨工业大学工学博士学位。曾于2021年至2024年在哈尔滨工程大学青岛创新发展基地从事博士后研究。研究方向包括电液伺服系统数值模拟与水下作业机械手装备两个方面。截至目前，以第一作者或通讯作者发表高水平SCI论文5篇，其中包含机电领域顶刊IEEE/ASME Transactions on Mechatronics等期刊文章。此外，主持的项目有：国家自然科学青年基金、慧眼行动、中国博士后基金面上资助、青岛博士后资助项目等。
