马腾,男,1993年生,工学博士,博士生导师。中国科协青年人才托举工程入选者、省优青,全国重点实验室主任助理。在科学研究方面,主要研究水下环境物理导航技术,即无人水下航行器(UUV)在复杂海洋环境中,通过地形、流场、电场多模态物理交互,实现自主环境理解与精确导航定位的机理与方法,具体研究方向包括:①海底地形导航技术、②海底地形同步定位与建图技术、③人工侧线仿生感知技术、④主动电场仿生探测技术。主持和作为骨干参加国家科技重大专项、国家重大工程、国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家重点研发计划项目等20余项。以第一/通信作者在IEEE TMECH、IEEE TIM、IEEE TAES、ISA Trans等期刊发表SCI论文25篇。在国家出版基金、国家科学技术学术著作出版基金等支持下出版《智能水下机器人测深信息同步定位与建图技术》、《水下地形匹配导航系统初始定位理论与方法》等专著3部。以第一/第二完成人授权发明专利26项,登记软件著作权9项。获教育部科学技术奖一等奖、中国专利奖优秀奖、省专利金奖、中国造船工程学会科学技术奖一等奖、省科学技术奖二等奖等10项科研奖励。在社会服务方面,担任中国兵工学会无人智能平台技术专业委员会委员、中国指挥与控制学会无人系统专业委员会委员、中船集团防务产业专家库成员、山东省科技专家库成员、全国研究生教育评估监测专家库成员;《无人系统技术》《数字海洋与水下攻防》《智能系统学报》《传感器与微系统》等多个期刊青年编委,获评《数字海洋与水下攻防》优秀青年编委;担任Sensors、Frontiers in Marine Science等SCI期刊客座编辑;担任“第二届智能海洋航行器技术学术会议暨第四届‘智海’科技创新论坛”会议秘书处主席,第七届国际船舶与海洋工程创新与合作会议(ICNAME 2024)、第三届“高地星光”青年科学家学术沙龙分论坛主持人。在创新型人才培养方面,作为第一指导教师获中国研究生机器人创新设计大赛一等奖(获优秀指导教师)、全国海洋航行器设计与制作大赛特等奖/一等奖、中国国际大学生创新大赛省赛金奖等科创奖励11项,作为第一指导教师指导研制的“逐流”人工侧线仿生鱼,亮相2025中国研究生创新实践成果交流会。招生信息:每年招收硕士研究生3名、博士研究生2名研究生毕业去向:2022年:韩国高等技术研究院读博(硕士毕业)2023年:中山大学读博(硕士毕业)、青岛市即墨海洋调查局(硕士毕业)2024年:哈尔滨工程大学(博士毕业)、航天科技一院一部(硕士毕业)、2025年:中船719所(博士毕业)、海军工程大学(直招军官,博士毕业)、深圳大学(博士毕业)、葡萄牙里斯本大学(博士毕业)、东北石油大学(博士毕业)、解放军4808厂(硕士)在读研究生:博士研究生7人、硕士研究生12人学术论文成果:Ma Teng, Quan Jingyi, Lv Luting*, et al.
