王国军，河南洛阳人，材料学博士、高级工程师，教授。先后在 国企、 外企、私企担任研发主管、总工、技术总监等职务，2017年调入哈尔滨工程大学海洋先进材料研究团队，从事聚合物组成-结构-性能研究，侧重功能型聚合物乳液、粘合剂、表界面高分子材料（纤维表面增效改性）、超亲油/超亲水功能高分子材料和聚合物胶粉的理论机理、合成制备及工程应用技术研究。
