博士,副教授,博士研究生导师,硕士研究生导师。黑龙江电源学会副秘书长兼理事。入选黑龙江省科技总师。IEEE Member, 中国电工技术学会高级会员,中国自动化学会会员。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目,黑龙江省自然科学基金项目等纵向项目5项;主持研究所、企业委托项目多项。参与国家级前沿创新项目、国家自然基金面上项目、重点项目与国家部委预研项目等。


主要研究方向包括高端装备用特种永磁同步电机设计与高可靠驱动控制、基于人工智能的状态监测/数字孪生技术、多相/多单元电机系统、新能源电力变换与并网控制等。在国内外高水平期刊、会议发表论文30余篇。以第一或通讯作者在行业顶级期刊《IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics》、《IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics》发表论文8篇,IEEE Trans 10余篇。获2024电机工程学报“高影响力论文”奖,2025 国际会议ICEMS “Best Paper Award”

《IEEE Open Journal of Industry Applications》副主编(Associate Editor)。任多个国际会议分会场主席。长期担任《IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics》、《IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics》、《IEEE Transactions on Transportation Electrification》、《IEEE Transactions on Industry Application》、《IEEE JESTPE》等期刊审稿人
