      近年来,针对肿瘤免疫治疗应答率低等关键挑战,聚焦肿瘤免疫调控生物材料研究,通过构建肿瘤纳米疫苗、发展细胞焦亡佐剂和调节肿瘤细胞代谢等主要策略,有效提高了细胞免疫过程,改善了免疫抑制肿瘤微环境,实现了无机纳米生物材料辅助提高的肿瘤免疫治疗,为增强肿瘤免疫治疗提供了新的思路。
