杨金水，工学博士，教授，博士生导师。长期围绕航空航天、海洋船舶等先进装备对结构轻量化、多功能化（超轻高强、减振降噪、抗冲吸能、损伤检测等）和智能化的设计需求，开展多功能复合超材料与结构力学等方面的基础和应用研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目等多项国家和省部级研究课题，参与了国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家重点研发计划等多项研究课题。截止目前在国内外权威主流科技期刊发表学术论文80余篇，申请或授权发明专利20余项。
