姚峰：1985年11月生于山东临沂，2012年硕士毕业留校工作。2019年6月获得机械工程专业工学博士学位，现为哈尔滨工程大学机电工程学院副教授，硕士生导师。
近年主要研究方向包括水下机器人系统整体设计、水下自主作业技术、模型预测控制技术、智能控制技术及机电一体化系统控制技术等。
