宋罘林：男，汉族，1996年生，工学博士，哈尔滨工程大学船舶工程学院智能海洋航行器技术全国重点实验室准聘副教授。博士毕业于哈尔滨工业大学航天学院控制科学与工程系智能控制与系统研究所，师从高会军教授。长期从事空中自主机器人、自主水下机器人、无人驾驶汽车等的自主运载器的智能控制与规划技术研究。曾参研国家自然科学基金面上项目、GF基础加强基金项目、“慧眼行动”计划项目、国家电网等纵向与横向项目十余项。发表/录用论文9篇，相关成果受到国内外知名学者引用评价。其中以第一或通讯作者发表在IEEE Trans.系列汇刊期刊4篇，包括控制以及飞行器领域顶级期刊IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics (IF=7.7)，IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems (IF=8.7)，IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic Systems (IF=5.1)，IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics (IF=12.3)等，授权国家发明专利2项。受邀担任IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics、Measurement and Control等国际知名SCI期刊以及IECON、ICIRA、ICGNC等国际会议审稿人。
